Tina Tower started Begin Bright, a readiness education program for children, 8 years ago and over the last twelve months has opened 7 franchises. Her hard work and patience has paid off this year as she not only won the GIO Women in Business Award, but was also named the overall winner for the ActionCoach award for outstanding excellence. During her career, 28-year-old Tina had previously been in 22 finals for awards, but was yet to win. Speaking at the acceptance of her award she said,
“I can’t believe I’ve finally won an award. I’m so happy.” “It’s so rewarding… I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
There are currently Begin Bright services in NSW and QLD, with the company going from strength to strength as it looks to expand into VIC next year.
