The future of our weekly TV show. It’s goal was to connect with our audience (know like trust us) so our launch of PB would have greater conversion. We committed to being there for them through COVID – which we’ve done. What we’ve found is that we’ve created superfans and it’s hard to stop now because they love us! and a strong connection to the audience and our guest panellists leads to opportunity.
Ideas to further leverage it because it’s time consuming (1.5 – 2 days/wk for each of us) yet it’s connecting to our audience big time. We have created a following. 9 shows have had 11,000 views so far with messages of support pouring in.
Options I’m considering are
1. reducing frequency – a/going fortnightly b/ doing 6 – 8 week seasons with 6-8 weeks off in between. Worried that the vacuum we’ve created gets filled b someone else.
2. Can we ramp it up more – Your thoughts on spending money on FB adds to ramp up viewers.
3. What can I outsource. We might be able to get our work down to 1 day per week each.

During COVID our workload Sky Rocketed and as a result, we have caused delays to some of our regular clients projects as well as one off clients. We have also had to re-schedule onsite meetings several times and clients have seen this as “unfair” . My question is, what can we do to manage our reputation with these clients that feel let down or that we couldn’t prioritise them during this unprecedented time. Would it be something a simple as a gift and hand written card, a discount at the end of the job, or do we need to work on some sort of campaign that will assure them that we have hired additional staff and changed our internal processes to cope with the new demands.
