I’m Erica Webb, a counsellor and mindful movement coach. I help humans battling stress, overwhelm, burnout and self-criticism to befriend themselves and their bodies. I do this through my online membership the SelfKind Hub and in 1-1 counselling and movement sessions.

About Me - My Biography

 

Hi! I’m Erica Webb, a counsellor and mindful movement coach. I help humans battling stress, overwhelm, burnout and self-criticism to befriend themselves and their bodies. I do this through my online membership the SelfKind Hub and in 1-1 counselling + movement sessions.

My approach combines mindful movement modalities – yoga, pilates and somatic exercise – with other mind-body tools to support nervous system flexibility and self-kindness.

My Expertise

Self-kindness is my area of expertise! And I support the humans I work with to foster self-kindness as a way of nurturing their body, their relationship with themselves and their relationship with movement and self-ccare.

I hold a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Diploma of Counselling, Masters of Art (Writing), Diploma of Classical Yoga, as well as additional qualifications in Mat Pilates, Somatic Exercise, Restorative Yoga and more.

Stress, tension, self-criticism, overwhelm, self-doubt … these are my ‘jam’. I truly believe that in learning to meet ourselves with more kindess and in learning HOW our body, brain and mind works, we can navigate these human experiences with greater capacity.

My Passions

I am passionate about helping women to feel more comfortable in their own skin and guide them to fill their toolbox with skills, tools and techniques that allow them to move beyond tension, stress, overwhelm, self-criticism and burnout.

I’m passionate about curiosity, kindness and compassion.

As a mother to two school-aged boys and two fur-kids, I’m also passionate about raising amazing humans (and pets).

 

My Interests

I love roller skating, chocolate chip cookies, books, coffee and being near the river.

My interest in the body, brain, mind, nervous system, habits, attachments and coping styles seem to know no bounds!

The SelfKind Hub is my online platform for movement, self-kindness and other tools for managing stress, overwhelm and self-criticism.

I also offer 1-1 movement and counselling sessions virtually.
