‘Holly was a guest speaker at Macquarie University’s 24th annual Women, Management and Work Conference which took place on the 12-13 July. Holly spoke on the topic of ‘Work: Emerging Futures’ where she discussed the workplace trends we are likely to see in the future, such as increased workplace flexibility, a war for talent and effects of the disruptions caused by the internet.’

Holly Kramer
Holly is currently Group General Manager, Pacific Brands Workwear Group (ie Hard Yakka, King Gee, NNT uniforms.) She joined Pacific Brands as GGM, Homewares on 10 May 2010, following nine years with Telstra in roles such as Group Managing Director, Product Management, and Chief of Marketing for both consumer and retail divisions. Prior to Telstra she was General Manager of Marketing at ecorp Ltd, which comprised Ninemsn, Ebay, Monster.com and Ticktetek.com, and she also held a number of sales and marketing roles at Ford Motor Company in Australia and the US. She completed a degree in Economics and Political Science at Yale University and an MBA at Georgetown University. Holly currently serves on the Board of the Alannah and Madeleine Foundation and is a member of the Chief Executive Women (CEW) governing council. Holly is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Macquarie University Faculty of Business and Economics.
