Our tagline is Your Business. Your Rules. In our world, the word “rules” carries three layers — the literal rules you get to set, the right to rule (your sovereignty), and the playful edge of breaking the rules that no longer fit you. 

For more than 30 years, we’ve supported women in growing with greater clarity, confidence, and leverage — helping them strengthen their foundations, increase their visibility, develop leadership skills that free them from the day-to-day hustle, and create businesses that support the lives they truly want.

HerBusiness is designed for women who already have a business and want thoughtful support, practical strategy and a community that understands the realities of business ownership. Many of our members are experienced business owners who are ready to grow differently — with more focus, freedom and support, and less overwhelm.

HerBusiness combines practical business education with real connection, perspective and support. We’re not about hustle culture, endless content, or one-size-fits-all advice. Our approach helps women grow in ways that align with who they are, the business they want to build, and the life they want to lead.

Most HerBusiness members are established business owners who are actively growing their businesses. Some are solopreneurs, while others lead teams and more complex businesses. Many join us at a point where their business is working, but they’re looking for more clarity, momentum, profitability or freedom in the next stage of growth.

Yes. While HerBusiness is based in Australia, we welcome women business owners from around the world. Many of our programs, events and resources are delivered online, making it easy to participate from wherever you are.

Membership & Community

The HerBusiness Growth Network is our central membership community for women business owners who want ongoing support, fresh thinking, practical business conversations and connection with other ambitious women. Guided by our philosophy of Growing You, Growing Your Business, we focus on both the business you’re building and the woman you’re becoming while you build it.

Our community includes women from many industries and business models — from consultants and creatives to service providers, retailers, professionals and agency owners. Most are established business owners looking to grow in smarter, more sustainable ways, while surrounding themselves with ambitious women who genuinely support one another.

You can find current membership pricing and inclusions on our membership page. We’ve designed the HerBusiness Growth Network to be an accessible way for women business owners to get ongoing support, fresh ideas, practical conversations and meaningful connections as they grow.

Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. We want women to remain part of the community because it’s valuable and supportive for them — not because they feel locked into a long-term commitment.

Many of our events and trainings are delivered live online, and selected sessions may also be available as recordings. Availability can vary depending on the program or event, so we recommend checking the details for each workshop, training or experience.

Once you join, you’ll receive access details for the exclusive member area where you can find upcoming events, resources, recordings and community information. Members can access a library of recordings as well as additional resources to watch, listen to, download or read. We aim to make it simple and easy to find what you need and stay connected.
