When business owners first start out, we all seem to think that we can do it alone. 

That if we just have enough determination, enough grit, enough passion… we can make it happen. 

And oftentimes, we DO make it happen. We build a great business that helps loads of people… all the while working ourselves down to the bone. 

We so often forget that we started our businesses for freedom — to be able to run things how we want them. 

That inner fire gets drowned out when we wear all the hats, when we become the central node to every part of business (even if you have a team), and when we convince ourselves that we just haven’t earned rest yet.

The tagline of her business is this: 

Your Business. Your Rules.

That means three things: 

1. You get to choose the rules you set in your business. 
2. You have the sovereignty to rule it how you like. 
3. And you get to break the rules that others have set, that were never yours to begin with. 

Every day I am inspired by the more than 30,000 amazing women in our community — who each define what those rules are for them. 

And it has been my privilege to help them get the skills, knowledge, and community they need to fulfil that definition. 

My entrepreneurial journey, like so many, began in the spare room of my apartment. 

Little did I know back then that our boutique events company would trigger the growth of my multiple multi-million dollar businesses in various industries — with teams across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. 

Not everything has worked perfectly. I have had the trials and lows every business owner experiences — but it was because of the community around me that I was able to navigate through those challenges, and create HerBusiness. 

We now have the mission to extend that community to more women business owners across the world, offering them support through our various programs.
