Sonia Ferlauto is the Founder/CEO of ACS Debt Collection

24 years ago Sonia started her business with $1,000 from her family home, with heaps of determination and passion to make an impact.

Today we operate from our own premises and have a dynamic all female team. We are an award winning debt collection agency. We have helped thousands of businesses recover their outstanding overdue accounts. We offer debt collection packages and processes to get Payment in Full. With over 35 years of experience in the debt collection industry they know how to collect overdue accounts. We pride ourselves in our 48 hour response time and with over 72% success rate in their collections. In addition, ACS have been featured in textbooks, TV and various print media more importantly, all on a positive note.
