About Me - My Biography

I was born in Kenya, move to the UK when i was 1 years old and settled in Australia in 2008.

My business – ‘Leaders By Design’ was born for my Purpose & Calling – to add value and enrich the lives of others. Transcendental, Holistic, Ancient Leadership principles taught in Modern Context.

‘The Women’s Mentoring Foundation’ unfolded after personally overcoming the most horrendous journey of blocks and lack of support that women go through when most vulnerable, hurting and just need  guidance.

You could say Leadership is also a form of essential meditation for the individual as they must take time to consider their entire life, duties and themselves in that leadership role, knowing that they will also be influencing others.

Pushpa has always stated the fact that personal experience verifies the learning even more and if we practice what we are taught with sincerity, we can honestly say the steps we took worked

My WHY & PURPOSE

My research, obsession and passion for our greatest historical Leaders, their learning, being mentored by some of the best Leaders around the Globe and experiences from my own personal Leadership journey since the age of 5, led me to find my Purpose and WHY I exist.

My Core, My Heart, My Faith exists for Leadership

I realise my journey in personal leadership roles, running businesses from 18 years old, my qualifications, accreditation’s, research projects, as a clinical psychologist & neuro therapist, even as a accountant and tax auditor, The high accomplishments, the lows, were all coming together for one outcome – to enable me to deliver on my WILL and WHY and develop leaders, who would then be successful in all areas of Life.
