Jo Brennan joined Habitat for Humanity Australia as CEO in July 2009.Prior to this, she led Macquarie Bank's global HR Operations team, delivering services to employees in more than 30 countries. Jo has significant experience in leading major construction, IT and Shared Services programmes. She previously worked at Santos, one of Australia's largest oil and gas companies, for more than seven years, where she headed up Santos' global Knowledge Management activities and led Santos' Shared Services initiatives.In addition to her executive roles, Jo has had an active community life, having served on the Board of the SA Catholic Church and in many volunteering roles, including tutoring refugees, working in soup kitchens and community group leadership.
