Having been a Small Business Owner myself, and executed my own exit on three seperate occasions plus assisted many others, I know just what to do.

My last business owned and sold was in the Consulting, Learning, Training and OD arena, doing 7-figures at the time of going to market, so it wasn’t one that could be just packed away without due consideration of its future. That said, the principles of building a Business as an Asset to Sell, preparing the Business for Exit and Executing the Plan are universal and can be applied across all industries.

Business, after all, is NOT a Life Sentence, even though sometimes it’s hard to think otherwise….”
