I help mid-career women who are at a crossroads in their careers and unsure how to differentiate themselves. I take women through my signature process to discover their hidden talents and give them the tools and strategies to enable them to have the career they love to be more, do more, and have more. We do this through individual or group coaching, either online or in-person.

With 20+ years working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, I can help members with the recruitment lifecycle –

Attraction – writing position descriptions, job advertisements that are gender-neutral and attract more females.

Sourcing – Teach you how to screen resumes/CV’s including what to look out for and how to respond to candidates correctly. In addition, I can provide you with tips and hints to ensure any unconscious bias is removed.

Interview process – I can coach you on what not to do/say during an interview. Provide you with a tailored interview guide and reference check form.  Coach you on how to conduct a reference check and what questions to ask. In addition, I can assist you with how to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
