In this herBusiness Podcast interview with the Australian Businesswomen’s Network, Jen Harwood, author of The Greatness Principle, shares how to have more confidence, support, balance and results.

Jen Harwood is a tough cookie with a lot of experience in business and she knows how to get things done. She believes that in order to become “great” we need to let go of seeking recognition and approval and focus on finding a our key support system. Jen shares with us how to get that key support system.

Jen tells us, if we focus on and envision what is important in our life rather than focusing on others and getting recognition we will be on our way to greatness. “Great people are okay with others being challenged by who they are.”

Listen to this herBusiness interview with Jen Harwood to learn:

  • Why greatness depends on who you surround yourself with
  • The right actions to take to move you towards greatness
  • How to get others invested in your success
  • Why playing ‘lone wolf’ in business could mean less business, less profit and less success
  • How to overcome social isolation when you’re working alone
  • How to move past seeking approval and recognition of others
