Many people fail at email marketing because they don’t have a marketing ecosystem. They send ad hoc emails that are not leveraged for conversion, have no clear “next steps” and are made “one size” to fit all. Understanding your marketing ecosystem and where your email marketing fits in that ecosystem can revolutionise your email marketing results. During this session you will learn the key elements of your ecosystem:

  • Getting clear on the PURPOSE of your email marketing – the WHAT
  • Getting clear on the IDEAL AUDIENCE for your email marketing – the WHO (including a process for creating a buyer persona (Avatar) for each of your ideal clients. This step is so important it is at the foundation of your entire marketing system and you’ll learn why)
  • Getting clear on your email marketing PLAN – the WHEN (how to know what to send, to whom and when during the 4-Step process of ATTRACTING, NURTURING, CONVERTING & KEEPING your Ideal Prospects – includes an email marketing planning template)
  • Understanding your numbers – the METRICS (what numbers you need to keep track of to know what’s working and what’s not – includes an email metrics template).
