My Connection Statement

I help disempowered women reconnect with their truth to go from Self Doubt to Unbreakable Self Worth through my transformational coaching , events and online courses.

My Expertise

All my life I have struggled with the notion that as women, we are seen by the wider world as WRONG – merely because of our gender.

I grew up in the era of chauvinistic, misogynistic fathers who saw themselves as superior to the women around them but were totally incapable of organising, running and contributing to the family unit other than in a financial sense.

This greatly bothered me as a young girl but it was only as an adult did I realise this was my biggest teacher and led me to be driven to empower women to tap into their innate power, gifts, wisdom, strength and light.

What I now know, and is the foundation for my business – SevenLadies Empowerment – is that women are infinitely powerful from within and I can see how theirs gifts and strengths can change the world for the better – for EVERYONE – if only we had tohe opportunity to do so and believed that we could.

If we women all realised our worth and joined together as one we absolutely could change the world to a kinder, more caring, inclusive world where EVERYONE is included, loved and accepted.

It is my mission in life to reawaken this belief within all women and for us all to realise that we are each other’s allies and together we can make a real difference.

I offer 1:1 coaching, in person workshops and events, online short courses and membership site.

My Passions

My passion is to help women realise their worth; to honour and love themselves; feel seen and heard; feel supported by the sisterhood and bring about the change this world needs – one woman at a time.

It saddens me to see amazing women play small or shrink themselves to fit into a life governed by unwritten rules that have been applied to women for centuries.

My passion is for EVERY woman to realise her worth and how important her well-being and inner belief is to the overall well-being of all Sisters – as we are all connected energetically and one affects the other.

I have a dream where women of the world collectively agree to stop their own self judgment and pass on that gift of non-judgment to the SisterHood; so that we can all  go about our lives knowing that the SisteHood has our back; we can live our lives the way we choose and do so with the knowledge that we will no longer be judged because we are all so damn self-empowered that we are creating massive positive change for ALL humanity.

My dream world is a world where “putting yourself out there” is no longer daunting because 51%of the population is championing us in whatever we do.

I know this can and will happen when we join together.

My Interests

My biggest interest at the moment is to get my business up and running and thriving.

I love to create content for my business – to me it does not feel like work

I love to read – pretty much anything as long as it grabs me in the first few pages

I am very much a home body and I love to sit on the porch with my husband and watch the world go by.

I adore my two adult daughters. I love to see how they have come into their own and I give myself a silent pat on the back for having done a great job in creating to incredible women.

I love my extended family. I think in a past life we must have all been separated against our will because in this life we truly love each other’s company – every single one of us from grandparents down to the youngest cousin.

I love St Kilda football club although they do test my resolve quite a lot

I love good food, good wine and good company.

I love my very close circle of amazing female friends. We have been through thick and thin together and would do anything for each other.

I  love how women can come together to lift each other up because we know that if one wins – we all win

How I Can Help Other Members

I can help other members over come judgement of themselves and the fear of being seen for fear of being judged by others.

I can help members reconnect with their inner wisdom and learn to trust it implicitly by tuning into their intuition and what their body is telling them.

I can teach members the power of the SisterHood and that mountains can be moved when women unite for the common good.

I can help members learn to say NO without the Guilt that often comes when putting oneself first.

I can help members overcome Self Image and Body Image issues by letting go of their own judgement of themselves.

I can help members agree realise the power in declaring to refrain form judgement of another Sister from now on.

Why I Became a HerBusiness Member

I became a HerBusiness member because I felt very isolated in my cupboard/desk as a one woman band trying to establish herself in a crowded online universe.

I saw the benefit of collaboration that can be fostered in a safe, secure and inviting network where each is working for her own benefit but knows the power of joining with others and lifting each other up.

It enabled me to feel supported whilst still sitting alone at my desk but knowing that help and support is only a few clicks away.

I loved the idea of being able to connect socially in person with other members to really establish connections.

I was enticed by the learning component included in the network. It brings all the important aspects into one easy-to-find place which saves having to go all over the net to locate.

And last but not least – BECAUSE WOMEN ARE AWESOME
