About Me - My Biography

Visual Communications

I am a seasoned senior-level designer and consultant specialising in strategic visual design solutions for clients in communications, marketing, and education.

Educational institutions, government agencies, private companies, and charitable organisations have engaged me to make visual sense of complex information; provide sage advice and thoughtful design for their documents, promotions and online media content; engage their communities; and in the case of educators, elevate quality of training and program delivery.

My extensive skills and knowledge in both digital and traditional media are exemplified by 30 years of experience working with design studios, printing and packaging industries, publishers and digital media. I am an expert and proficient in numerous software programs across the Adobe, Microsoft and Apple suites.

My Passions

I love learning, being adaptable, and creating a better world by helping people help themselves through all types of education. I revel in the processes that get you to the finish line, however challenging and difficult, it sometimes may be.
I’m passionate about regional Australia, sustainable business practices, and living life with kindness and understanding.

My Interests

I love doing wild adventures on my bicycle in our outback, on our mountains and around our coastlines.

I love sport. I love being active. I admire the highest echelons of sport for creating confident people who know clear concise communication in any team or group is essential for success.

I love reading, movies, travelling to unusual places such as Antarctica and Oman. I love positive and creative people.
