Siimon Reynolds is a renowned Australian advertising entrepreneur and expert on personal and business achievement. He is also a highly regarded speaker, author and executive coach. Siimon was the co-founder of Photon Group, which in just over eight years grew from zero to over 50 marketing companies employing over 5,000 full and part time staff. He is currently Chairman and co-founder of OMG, one of Australia’s largest online networks, developing over 30,000 websites. Siimon has won numerous international advertising awards including the Gold Lion at Cannes, the Gold Pencil at the New York One Show Awards and the Grand Prix at the London International Advertising Awards.

His Australian awards include Television Commercial of the Year, Magazine Ad of the Year, Newspaper Ad of the Year and Agency of the Year, twice. Siimon is also winner of the NSW Young Achiever of the Year, Career section.

Siimon’s greatest passion is studying human performance and high achievement and to see people break out of the pattern of failure and go on to achieve their dreams. He has written five books on this subject and is published in ten countries. Siimon’s previous books include Better Than Chocolate, Become Happy In 8 minutes, When You Zig They Zag, 365 Ways to Live to 100, and Thoughts of Chairman Buffett. He is in demand internationally to speak to organisations on high achievement, marketing, entrepreneurship, personal and business success.
