About Me - My Biography

I’m a change enabler, a strengths exploiter, and an active advocate for the ‘smarter not harder’ approach to business and career. I help business leaders engage their people when embarking on business change programs through change management, training and engagement activities. I also coach and mentor those not feeling the love in their current role survive the jump when pursuing meaningful career change. I am a member of the International Coach Federation, Professional Speakers Australia, and an accredited human behaviour assessor. I am also a published author, runner and champagne sipper.

My Expertise

I am a change enabler, strengths finder, and the founder of businesses with a focus on positive change. I have worked on large scale change programs at some of the world’s biggest brands including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Qantas, NBN Co and Woolworths, and I have also worked with individuals in encouraging the pursuit of meaningful career change.

I have made several career leaps and pivots to pursue growth, empowerment and fulfilment. The experiences and lessons learnt from adding value to businesses going through change, as well as my own career transitions, compelled me to consult, write and speak about positive change to help both businesses and individuals alike.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation, Professional Speakers Australia, and an accredited human behaviour assessor (Business DNA Behavior). I hold a Commerce degree and I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. I am also a published author, and freelance blogger and writer on the topics of career change and business change.

I believe the accelerating pace of change will continue to impact our workplaces, careers and lives, and you can make changes today that will bring benefit now and in the future.

My Passions

Spending time with those that count – my partner, family and friends. Helping others both personally and professionally. I’m community focused and my charity support has included trekking 27km for cancer research, cooking with top Sydney chefs and CEOs for the homeless, improving the reading skills of disadvantaged school children, and navigating a team of bike riders on an 8 day bike ride from Adelaide to Melbourne for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

My Interests

I enjoy sampling good food, wine and coffee and I enact my creative side by cooking when I have time. A good run or pilates class or game of lawn bowls clears my head. I have a passion for writing and reading which I engage in daily. Having grown up in Sydney, what’s not to like about being outdoors, watching sport and enjoying what this grand city has to offer? I also enjoy travelling to other places for new adventures and to experience other cultures.
