I help small businesses to win tenders by supporting them through the tender writing process. Tender writing can be stressful and confusing, but it is essential to win contracts and help small business to grow. Businesses can bring their tender along to my 5-day Tender Bootcamp where I will support them with daily guidelines and one on one sessions to get the tender done.

About Me - My Biography

I’ve been writing tenders for 25 years and have helped hundreds of businesses win new contracts. My passion is helping small business to write winning tenders and helping them to simplify what many see as a complex and stressful task.

My business journey started in 2016 when I was living in Norway. I left my in-house Bid Management role in an oil and gas company to start working as a freelancer so I had more flexibility and time at home with my children. I started working remotely with consultants in Australia and Scotland.

Just before COVID hit in 2020, I moved my family to Australia (I am Australian) and we have been here ever since.

I have recently started a new website – Tender Advice – to provide small businesses with a more cost effective way to access great tender support. Hiring a tender consultant can cost around $6,000 per tender. With my guidance, small businesses can start tendering for much less, demystify the tender process and learn the skills and develop the content to help them keeping tendering, keep winning, and keep growing their businesses.

I have been writing tenders for 25 years – across all industries and all sizes of businesses. I’ve worked in large corporations and have been working on my own since 2016 – helping business in Australia and Scotland.

My Passions

I’m passionate about helping small business grow through winning tenders. A tender win can help businesses innovate, employ more staff and move to the next level. It is so rewarding to know I have been a part of that story.

My Interests

When I’m not writing tenders, you can find me renovating houses – just like with tenders, a bit of a clean up and a lick of colour goes a long way.
