Peter Johnston (PJ) is a successful entrepreneur, investor and experienced mentor. In 1994, he co-founded Pow Wow Events, which represented local and international speakers and authors in three countries.
Pow Wow (and its sister organisation in the US) staged educational events for audiences of up to 6,500 people in cities across Australia, New Zealand and the United States. At its peak, the Pow Wow group turned over $20 million annually and employed over 35 staff. The company was sold in 2007.
PJ has also headed up a publishing firm which published 11 bestsellers and sold over 1.5 million business books in the Australian and New Zealand markets including the best selling Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.
PJ has mentored small-business owners both formally and informally over the last 12 years. He is passionate about small business and the power it has to give people the life that they desire. He says business should serve you and if it’s not working that way, it’s time to make a change.
PJ’s current business interests include Persephone Investments, a small investment and property management company, which holds and manages a commercial property portfolio.
