I’m Norma Stratton, Certified High-Performance Coach and Founder of Real Estate Breakthrough, a Real Estate Mentoring and Coaching company based in Alexandria, Virginia, U.S.

Inspired by a career selling real estate for over 30 years and creating a dynamic Top Producing Team, over the last 5 years,  I was ready and eager to share what I learned, sometimes the hard way, with Agents who love the industry but don’t know how to get the traction they need to create a business that’s fun, and supports them financially without compromising their values, family or personal time.

Statistics show that real estate agents fail in the first three years…and it breaks my heart to see so many smart savvy agents throw in the towel before reaching their true earning potential.

So for the last 5 years, I’ve made it my mission to work on reversing this trend. I believe you don’t have to choose between having a life you love and a business that’s fun and supports you financially without losing your soul. I believe you can have a business you love that loves you back!

By using my “in the trenches” experience and skills as a high-performance coach, I help agents that have been in business 3-8 + years, have plateaued, are feeling stuck or on the verge of burnout, create a path forward by seamlessly weaving business strategies with inner work, so they develop the confidence they need to sell at a high level without compromising their values and is aligned with their goals, personality, and the time and resources available to produce breakthrough results.
