Marlies Hobbs is the cofounder of the Paleo Café franchise which incorporates a revolutionary style of eating with a strong fitness community. In the space of a year, Paleo Café has grown from a single café in Cairns to a franchise business with 5 cafes across Australia and a further 5 opening soon. During this time, Marlies has also authored the ‘Paleo Café Lifestyle &Cookbook’.

The former lawyer established the now popular brand after her son was diagnosed with a severe diary intolerance.
