Mark joined SingTel Optus in 2006. Mark has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry where he has been responsible for the strategic development and execution of successful strategies across consumer, SMB and large enterprise customer segments both in Australia and the USA.

Mark currently manages the Optus Digital Business portfolio, delivering cutting edge cloud based applications to SMB’s in Australia via the Optus OfficeApps suite of services. This portfolio leverages strategic partnerships with companies such as Google.

Mark has a passion for technology which he combines with a customer centric approach, ensuring that solutions delivered to the market are aligned to the most important needs of the customer community.
