About Me - My Biography

My name is Kathy and I am an architect. I am registered to practice in Victoria, Australia.

It has always been my dream to become an architect since I was 12 years old. Since then, I pursued my dream career with passion and grit. After working for others for 10 years, I have decided to start my own consultancy practice called KiR Architecture. I am based in Eltham.

My philosophy is about transparency, collaboration and technology to make architecture work. I enjoy working with my clients to achieve the final results that they’ll love.

I also do simpler works such as town planning drawing submission and building permit. Sometimes it takes one simple documentation to get it through the authorities, that’s where my service will come handy.

I love designing hospitality fit-out, commercial works, new residences, alteration and renovations and smaller-scale public works. My ultimate dream is to design an alpine cabin, an Antarctic research hub, and a 10-star residence. If you have these 3 dreams that you share with me, let’s work together!
