My Connection Statement

Hi, I’m Karen Kirton, founder of Amplify HR and we are HR consultants who specilise in helping service based businesses of 10-100 employees scale up and grow. We do this through providing a dedicated HR partner to create a great workplace culture through implementing our 12-week Find Grow Keep program and delivering on-demand HR support.

About Me - My Biography

Over my HR career I have been fortunate to see the impact that great HR practices can have on culture and how a business runs and performs. So over time I started to build a HR program for creating a great place to work. This simple “Find Grow Keep” methodology has enabled me to improve performance and culture so that business leaders can find & keep great employees, improve productivity and get unstuck from the day-to-day.

With decades of experience and qualifications in business and psychology, I can help you create a great place to work so that your business can thrive through the current challenges and continue to grow.

My Passions

I am passionate about creating great places to work as a way to enable businesses, and their people, to thrive.

In my role I love solving problems and meeting people, and I find the future of work and industry  fascinating. Being able to share these ideas with business leaders, and then help them make changes that positively impact not only their business, but also themselves and their team’s personally and professionally, really energises me.

 

My Interests

Away from the office I love to read (anything but Horror and Romance) and be creative through mosaics and painting.

I am also a huge NRL fan (Parramatta Eels!) so spend March-September watching a lot of football ;)
