My Expertise

I started in the IT industry in the early 1980’s. I initially worked with companies such as Fujitsu, IBM, Logica, Computer Power and Software Developments International as a Communications Specialist and Technical Sales specialist.

Many of my clients were in Australia’s top 200 companies with a number of International organisations as well. I managed clients such as Telstra, ICI, ANZ, TAC, Shell, Ansett and Ericsson Communications. My key responsibilities were to create enterprise wide communication systems and support services. In 1990 I left and started my own consultancy specialising in offering the above expertise to small and medium businesses.

I am also an experienced trainer and have worked for and delivered a variety of training to organisations and recently completed a two year stint as a course developer and trainer at the Swinburne University where I convened Swinburne TAFE’s Business Sales and eMarketing programs.

Since leaving Swinburne, I have dedicated my time in assisting small service-based businesses to navigate the complex digital world to achieve effective communications and marketing strategies.
