My Connection Statement

My name is Hellen and I am the founder of Plan it 3d Architectural Design and Drafting.  I help busy Home Owners, Home Developers  find solutions and options within the Residential Housing Sector for both New Homes and Existing Homes, and Medium Density Development.   I can guide my clients through the process of Design , Documentation  Implementation to required Authorities for Construction Approval and give them access to my network of consultants as needed.

About Me - My Biography

Starting out in small Business ventures at a young age I was exposed to the pressure, which in fact made me retreat for a number of years back into my little safe haven and shell.   I have managed and owned  a variety business’s over the years stepping out then stepping back again.  Now as a qualified established Building Designer, I have gained the confidence and experience working within the Home Building Residential sector. My name is Hellen and I am the founder of Plan it 3d Architectural Design and Drafting.  I have been working as a Building Designer with many other companies and freelancing my business for many years, developing my practical , theoretical skills  in Design options and solutions for my clients.  Now is the time for me to take the step and put more effort into my business to build it into my dream.   I love making people happy with my designs.  I love making people happy in general!

My Expertise

I have good interpersonal skills, and I am able to manage client expectations effectively.  I am a strong and experienced team player, having regularly and successfully coordinated complex projects.  The customer orientated leadership roles that I have held in the past have developed my ability to engage people from various occupations to deliver high – level customer service and to thrive under pressure.  I have completed my studies in Single  and Multi -Level Residential Buildings (Classes 1-10) covering Construction Certification and Development Application packages for Single and Multi – Level Buildings and Medium Density Buildings.  I am proficient in the use of Archicad , Artlantis and Twinmotion and producing 3d Models as well as 2d plans.

My Passions

My Family, My Friends and My work.  They all give me something and I need all of it.  Training is something I love but know I need to do more of.  I feel its important to connect with people on a professional level and a personal level and have your confidence.  Looking after your health and nurturing your family.  Making people Happy is my passion… which is why I love animals especially my dog Diesel.. I love the positive vibes, he is happy every single time he sees me.  It has shown me that your well being and positive attitudes uplifts the important people in your life , your work and your clients.

 

My Interests

I love seeing a live band, music and concerts.  Dining with my partner . I push myself to train with a Personal Trainer ( and now good friend) 1-2 a week.  Health is a big focus so enjoy spa treatments massages and anything holistic.  Travellllllllllllllingggg is my biggest Interest I have a very big bucket list.

Support both emotionally and professionally. My industry is specific I guess and I am happy to chat to anyone at anytime.

Why I Became a HerBusiness Member

I became a member because I need to learn how to get to my dream of having a successful business without running everything on my own.  I need marketing education and social media education and a lot lot more. Her Business is giving me the connections and the know how I need to get to this done.  Also it is a great comfort knowing that there are other people out there willing to talk to you about anything.  Im making some good friends.  I love the positive vibe and I am in awe of all the amazingly gifted and talented Entrepenuers ! Truly inspiring, helps me get motivated.  The knowledge is astounding.
