Fran is a co-founder of FBN Creations – a partnership with Beth Nurnberger.  This business is the conversion and sales of the intellectual property created in Alive & Kicking Solutions, bringing all that we do into the online learning forum.

Fran is the founder and Lead Facilitator of Alive & Kicking Solutions, founded in 1998.

Fran has worked in training and development, coaching and business consulting for 24 years.  She has created the courseware for Alive & Kicking Solutions and has implemented her programs nationally and internationally.

Having been a director and owner of multiple businesses, Fran has spent the majority of her business and consulting career working with service and sales teams, from front-line staff to executives, helping them to implement powerful communication strategies.

Fran works extensively in the executive communication field and with HR departments to create training programs for corporate organisations and their trainers. These programs help organisations to create dynamic training solutions for their own in-house operations.

Alive & Kicking Solutions works extensively with Local and State Government and Fran loves to train in these environments as she is highly community minded and truly has a heart for the work that our government employees do.
