I’m Emma from Culture Shift and Her  Leadership Journey. I help organisations create engaging and productive workplaces that people love to come to and go home feeling valued and fulfilled. I also help women in management go from invisible and unheard in the workplace to a confident and influential leader, through our Inspired Leaders Academy.

 

About Me - My Biography

I’m Emma from Culture Shift and Her Leadership Journey . I help organisations to create workplaces that people love to come to, and go home feeling valued and fulfilled. I do this through 1:1 consulting, Coaching an through my online Inspired Leaders Academy ( women only)
I also help women in the workplace go from invisible to influential and to become a confident, inspirational and influential leader.

I live in Brisbane. My calling in this world of ours, is to help others wake up and live and to stop going through their life, accepting what they’ve been given. Because we spend so much of our lives in the workplace, it’s crucial that our leaders start to create environments where people enjoy coming to work, do good whilst they are there and go home feeling fulfilled that they’ve made a difference.

I have previously had a photography business that I started with just me, grew to a team of 4, won business and photography awards and had it running without me.

I have also been a Business Advisor for the NSW State Government program – Business Connect.

I also stepped up into a bank manager role and then went to work in the NFP space as a Sales Manager across the Mid North Coast.

I realised that  in order for me to effect the change I want to see, I needed to start my own business and help multiple organisations at the one time.

My Expertise

I have a Diploma of Organisational Coaching. I have a Diploma of Leadership and Management. I am a Certified REACH Practitioner.  I have won multiple business awards. With over 10 years in business ownership, mentoring and corporate leadership, I’ve come to learn that only when we value those we work with, do we contribute to a thriving society.

My Passions

I am passionate about helping people to wake up and live their lives fully. I am involved in community and charity work, having been President of Make A Wish (Coffs Harbour), helping to start the Make A Wish branch in Port Macquarie, held numerous committee roles for charities, worked on events for Cancer Council and most recently joined Rotary International.

I also love to sit in the sun, reading a book (preferably by water ). I love spending time with my friends and helping other people.

My Interests

Community work, I play the Ukulele, learning new things. Paint by Numbers!

How I Can Help Other Members

I can help other members to develop their own leadership skillset to grow an amazing business that works without them. I did this myself, and I have helped others to do the same. I can help you to build your team and get great performance and results for your business.

I help business owners to develop their culture, and learn the core management skills to be able to delegate effectively, give feedback and hold people accountable to their roles. By doing this, we create the culture you want to have, so you can make the impact you want to make.

Why I Became a HerBusiness Member

I joined the network to meet new people, and to join a community of women who are changing the world. I am looking to build connections and belonging.
