Hi, I’m Ee Zen Cha here from Melbourne, Australia. I help female coaches, consultants and online course creators stop feeling overwhelmed and stay organised and efficient by streamlining their business, so that they can elevate their business growth. With 15+ years’ experience and administration and management, I’m able to take a business and organise it well so your operations are efficient, your team is productive, and you have enough time to work on your big vision (and be there for your family commitments too).

I’ve assisted businesses in multiple functions: administration, PA, project management in program launching (planning to execution), email marketing campaigns, assisting in community support, business streamlining and automation, quality management system, event management, process development, SOP creation, build and maintain systems, team management, managing projects and daily operations. I also have had experience in Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
