My Connection Statement

I help women busy working women design and style their dream home to be the passionate, positive and personal reflection of their life and who they uniquely are.

In a self paced 4 week course of fun step-by-step lessons, ladies learn easy design skills, gain clarity, grow confidence and how to create a home that not only inspires them but is one they absolutely love with personal guidance and support at each step.

About Me - My Biography

As an Interior Designer and love helping women learn how to design and style their dream home to be a direct reflection of who they uniquely are.

My career has taken me from Sydney to Brisbane, 5 years in Texas, 7 years in London and back home again to live on the Central Coast, NSW.

After working with clients for over 20 years and seeing the same challenges of how to create the dream home, I created Online Interior Style & Design Courses to help ladies learn the basics and get their style mojo flowing in easy and fun step by step lessons.

My work has primarily been focused in:

  • Creative – as an Interior Designer and Musician
  • Corporate – in Senior Management Administration roles
  • Coaching & Mentoring – training students in Sports, Design, Music & Meditation
  • Solopreneur – my Interior Design and Style Basics Online Courses and Music career

My other pursuits are as a musician and charity work primarily for Veterans groups, and spending quality time with family and friends living the dream.

 

My Expertise

My expertise is spread over the creative, administration and coaching fields

– Interior Designer with BA in Interior Architecture and Design, First Class, working for

  • An International Sports Organisation prototyping, designing and renovating several full time training centres
  •  A high end residential design firm in North London working with celebrity clients, Lords and Ladies and everyday homeowners
  •  Private clients requiring renovations, upholstery, paint selections, home staging, etc

– National Administration Manager, working for

  • Wella Australia Salon Division – co-ordinating the Sales, Technical and Marketing Departments
  • GKR Karate Texas LLC – prototyping all administration systems, training staff, payroll and health, stock control, budgets, etc

– A Coach and Mentor I have been working with

  • Interior design students in my Online courses and Workshops
  • Karate students in weekly classes and at tournament level
  • Women’s Self Defence Classes
  • Meditation, Mindfulness & Spirituality Classes connecting students with their intuition etc

 

My Passions

My two greatest work / life passions are as an Interior Designer and a Musician with 20+ years in each field.

And my third passion is riding my motorcycle and charity work for Brisbane Water (NSW) Legacy.

My social motorbike club, BOMAS – Bikers for Legacy, hold annual community events:

  • Ride for Legacy and
  • Rock for Legacy

as well as other Veterans causes, PTSD, individuals and families in need as well as support and donate to other social motorbike clubs donating to community causes.

We work closely with local sponsors and if you or your business is interested in fundraising with us we would love to hear from to contribute either through financial or product based sponsoring with much thanks and gratitude in advance.

My Interests

I possibly have way too many interests:

  • Weekend markets
  • Sewing & creating printed t-shirt designs
  • Repurposing and upcycling furniture
  • Time out at the ocean and meditating
  • Writing & recording original music etc

But mostly I love spending time with family, friends, and gorgeous German Shepherd dog, Roxy.
