I’m Ariane May, and I help people communicate securely online.

Our product, Mercury, is an ultra secure communications collaboration platform incorporating video huddles, messaging and file sharing services, which protects your most precious assets: your privacy and your data. Mercury is designed to help you work more productively and securely and is an alternative tool to other video conferencing and messaging services you’re already familiar with, but is infinitely more secure.

I make it easy for my clients  to transition to using Mercury, by providing high quality product onboarding and customer service.

About Me - My Biography

From our headquarters in Sydney, I am responsible for Secured Communications and Mercury in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

A proud moment for me was to be one of the first Australian women to attain the coveted CPP (Certified Protection Professional) Certification from ASIS International in 2009. CPP is regarded as the international benchmark for security excellence amongst private practitioners.

I have over 20 years’ experience in security and risk management, including software and communications security.

I also have over 10 years’ experience providing customised security and risk training to large corporate and government clients, so I know how important training is when you’re implementing a new software tool to hundreds or thousands of users.

In 2007 I was awarded the National Training Legends Platinum Award by Tourism Training Australia for ‘Services to the Development of the Tourism & Hospitality Industry, Training & to the Nation’.

In addition to working with corporates and the NSW government, I am also a small business owner and this means I understand the communication needs and challenges of businesses of all sizes.
