My Expertise
Over the course of my career I have negotiated a bunch of interesting outcomes. I have negotiated group statements for a United Nations conference and I negotiated agreements that ended up in legislation in NSW.
I have negotiated contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars in construction and technology fields. I have negotiated multiple significant six figure salaries and unusual employment conditions for myself and for others. I have been the lead negotiator on contract dispute mediations worth tens of millions of dollars.
In all these settings I have frequently been the only woman in the room and I know that women need different strategies to negotiate successfully.
My Passions
I am all about smashing the gender wage gap one negotiation at a time.
