Rachel McLean is an expert in social media strategies. She started her own agency, McLean Social Media, in 2012 out of Brisbane but now assists small businesses all over Australia with their social media execution.

Rachel makes sure small businesses are getting the most bang for their buck in their mastering of social media platforms. Her unique approach to social media with storytelling and content creation techniques are what have made her and the small businesses she works for so successful. According to Cat Matson, Rachel “gets creative without being too clever.”

In this podcast, Rachel offers advice to small business owners about how to most effectively use social media platforms. She realises the struggle some have in coming up with ideas for content and the fear of posting something detrimental to the brand.
