The Mentoring Program typically runs over a six month period and consists of a minimum of 4 one-to-one mentoring sessions with a Mentoree. Mentorees are men and women who own/operate a small business.

Each mentoring session is one hour in length and is conducted via Skype at a time and date convenient to you and your mentoree.

The program harnesses technology with flexibility and time efficiency while providing a learning environment that is not restricted by geographical location, in both metropolitan and regional areas of Australia and globally.

By the end of the mentoring program, the Mentoree will have advanced their abilities in areas that they have identified as relevant to them achieving their goals and may include a marketing plan, business plan, financial or operations plans.

Mentors will have provided business knowledge and experiences to enable the Mentoree to apply their working business plan to their business and achieve their goals and objectives.

After this time, and by agreement, you may wish to add more mentoring sessions and continue the mentoring relationship with your mentor.
