What if I don’t have any experience setting up automated emails?

That’s OK, during the four-week program, your course presenter, Michelle Falzon, will be helping you understand what technology and process options you have and how to create your own automated marketing emails.

I don’t have an email list yet, will Get the Email Marketing Edge be right for me?

Whether you have an existing database, or whether you are just building your email list, you are going to learn some powerful ways to use email marketing to grow, nurture and leverage your leads and turn more of your prospects into sales, over and over again, and all without you having to reinvent the wheel every time.  In fact, learning this system before you get too far down the path of building your list is a great idea, because it means you don’t waste time in “trial and error” and can get where you want to go faster.

Can you tell me a bit more about the course content?

You receive 4 x 90-minute live sessions, plus access to the course portal and a BONUS 90-minute implementation session in December.

During the course you will learn:

  • The art of attracting your ideal clients and growing your email list
  • The common mistake most people make when designing their Email Marketing Plan and how you can overcome it by getting clear on your WHO — your ideal customer — and your WHAT — the ultimate product or service you want to sell (includes step-by-step process and worksheet)
  • What makes a successful marketing funnel? What types of funnels work best and how your email marketing is at the heart of any successful funnel
  • How to create a high converting ‘opt-in offer’ i.e. an offer that has the client take the FIRST step with you — this part is all about what you can do to encourage your ideal client to start the journey with you
  • How you get more of your ideal clients into your marketing funnel (even if you don’t have a big marketing budget)
  • How to nurture your email list so that more of them become raving fans and high-value customers
  • When to send your emails for maximum impact
  • What content gets best results and simple “hacks” you can use to create compelling email content that engages your audience and gets more people clicking through
  • How to create an Email Marketing Plan that works

Plus you’ll receive email templates and guidelines for many of the processes, funnels, and strategies outlined during the course.

Is this just a lot more information or will there be some interaction and assistance with getting my email marketing plan produced?

The main purpose of Get the Email Marketing Edge is to be highly interactive and results-focused.

We’ve got Hot Seats planned for interactive case studies, and you will get some course work to do in between sessions to help you move your email marketing plan from concept to reality.

Plus you’ll have access to the 24 x 7 Course Portal where you can submit questions directly to your course presenter, Michelle Falzon for answers.

How do I get selected to be one of the Hot Seat candidates?

The Hot Seat is a highly interactive part of the training where one to two people per session will be chosen as case studies.

As the Hot Seat candidate, our course presenter, Michelle Falzon, will give specific one-on-one feedback on your email sequence plus any other parts of the marketing system you need help with, including your lead magnet, client avatar, and funnel.

My products are high-value and one-off purchases, can an Email Marketing strategy work for me?

Yes, an email marketing strategy can work in most situations, whether it’s B2B or B2C or whether you have a product or a service. Whether your product is a repeat purchase or one-off purchase or has a high or low-ticket price.

If I miss a Part will it be recorded?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded, and you can access those from this Course Portal. Just go to the relevant page for the Part you missed and you will find the link to the recording there. You can also make comments and post questions even after the session for interaction with your Course Presenter, Michelle Falzon, and other participants.

Can I get access to the slides for each Part?

Yes, you will find a “Download Slides” button on the page for each Part. These slides will be made available during the session, and then available following the session in the portal.

Will the course portal close at the end of the course?

No. We will be leaving the portal open, so you can access the recordings as often as you like.
Your course presenter, Michelle Falzon, and HerBusiness’ Suzi Dafnis will moderate the comments during the course.

How do I access each Part?

You can find the link to the live broadcast, of each session on the Course Outline page and we will also be emailing you reminder messages with the link as well, so watch out for those to make sure you are on time and don’t miss any of this valuable information.

Can I ask questions during the live broadcast?

Yes, when you log in to the webinar, you will be given instructions for how you can post a question. There will be a dedicated Q&A section in each Part and your Course Presenter may choose to take questions at other times during the training also, so there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction. Also, if you have further questions after the live session, feel free to post those in the comments section for that Part of the Course.

When is the BONUS Implementation Session?

This 90-minute bonus session will be held on Thursday 8 December 2016.

When & Where is the 1-Day Live Event?
