What’s included in the LIVE Implementation Day?
All sessions include presentations and course materials. Your morning and afternoon tea is included. Lunch will not be included, however, we will direct you to a number of local cafés.

Parking is available under Building 10 from 6:30am to 10:00pm Monday to Friday:

What if I can’t make a session?
All Training and Q&A sessions are recorded and available to you inside this Resource and Information Centre.
What else is in the Resource and Information Centre?
Inside this portal you can access the session recordings and handouts and resources including your Guides and templates. It’s a super-valuable part of the program that you will rely on to share ideas and get ongoing support between sessions.
What about confidentiality?
All members agree to confidentiality in their agreements. All information shared by participants is strictly confidential and intended for member use only. Sharing confidential information (other than with your staff for use inside your own business) is strictly prohibited. Anyone who contravenes this Agreement may be dismissed from the group immediately.
