Stacey Ashley, Managing Director of Ashley Coaching & Consulting,  is an internationally accredited Master Coach and a Licensed Practitioner of the Science of Happiness at Work. Stacey works with leaders and their teams to increase their self-awareness, identify their strengths and how to use them, and to develop the coaching skills to have great conversations all day every day. She utilises the latest thinking in Positive Psychology, neuroscience and coaching to help all leaders step up and to foster personal responsibility for happiness and high performance. She is a champion of workplace coaching culture and a regular speaker on happiness at work, mBraining and inspiring a coaching culture. In 2013 Stacey was nominated for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and this year Ashley Coaching & Consulting has been nominated for the Telstra Business Awards for being a brilliant business.  Stacey will also be receiving the WOMEN LEADERSHIP ACHIEVEMENT AWARD at the World Women Leadership Congress in Mumbai in February 2016.
