Pacita combined a taste for coffee and a nose for deals into a successful business model: franchising. Not only has franchising helped Pacita's Figaro Coffee business become the second largest coffee company in the Philippines, it has also helped other aspiring entrepreneurs over- come problems such as red tape in business start-up and lack of credit.
