About Me - My Biography

Nadia Omair is a devoted mum, a dedicated wife, and a passionate entrepreneur. She started her entrepreneurial journey in January 2019, and established Winowin Consulting, following the birth of her first child as she wanted the flexibility to be able to work around her family life and ambitions for developing a successful business.

Her decision to play a dual role as an ambitious career woman and a devoted mommy allowed her to pursue her passion, realise a sense of achievement, and have an ideal blend of life where she can work and see her business and child grow together.

Initially, she was sceptical about getting clients, creating a positive impact and handling the dynamics of owning a business + motherhood simultaneously; however, her strong belief and passion were far more potent than the negative thoughts.

Her passion, determination, positive mindset allowed her to successfully establish her own international consulting company while raising a baby from home. In less than two years, she not only successfully captured the global market but also got selected as a finalist for Australian national business awards in two categories: Emerging and Leadership. In 2021, she won the 2021 Australian Virtual Assistant Award in the People’s Choice category.

She is keen to extend her contributions in setting precedents for the current and upcoming generations, and empower females to work hard towards achieving their goals in life.
