About Me - My Biography

I am an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Strategy formulation and implementation. Strong finance professional with a Master’s degree focused in Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and a FCPA.

I have been working as part of Hotline IT’s management team since 2003, and I have stepped up into the role of CEO early in 2017. I am currently expanding my skills in Marketing and communications to be a more well rounded Manager and to grow the business.

 I have three children and I am greatly commited to their schooling. I have run the school canteen, and most recently been the P&C President. During this time, I have been instrumental in improving the manner in which the P&C operates and has given the body a clear direction that was lacking in the past.

 One of my biggest achievements has been organisation from concept to planning, approval and running our major fundraiser “Run Forest Run – Forestville Fun Run and fair”. I have had to exercise great patience and determination in my negotiations with the local council, State representatives, RMS, the Police and school community to ensure the event proceeded.

  • Netball, whilst I don’t play anymore it has always been a big part of my life.

Why I Became a HerBusiness Member

I have noticed that there are not many women in my position, well not in the IT industry anyway. I thought I need to get in touch with fellow women who are working in the same direction as me. That is, focused on growing their businesses whilst maintaining a happy life outside of work too.
