From early in her a career, Leesa has been fascinated by what motivates people, and it’s impact on communciation, connection, success and ultimately results.

Leesa is now a sort-after leadership facilitator, human performance coach, and communications advisor with over 20 years of experience consulting to blue chip multinationals, not-for-profit and high-profile individuals.

Passionate about ensuring no brilliant mind or idea is left on the table because of poor leadership or communication, Leesa founded Kármán Line Consulting in 2015, with the vision to ensure those with great expertise, ideas and influence could access the skills needed to share their messages.
