Director, VMA Group, Asia-Pacific Katrina has recently established VMA Group, Asia Pacific, with our expansion into Hong Kong. With over 10 years' experience in communications, 7 of those dedicated to internal communications, she focused on training and Director level benchmarking. Prior to joining VMA Group, Katrina was Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Melcrum where she developed their Sydney, Australia business and founded the Asia operations. By established the Strategic Communication Research Forum, Asia Pacific, Katrina worked with senior level communicators at Ernst & Young, BUPA, Shell, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Pfizer, Intel and Ericsson.
