Holly is the Founder & CEO of Women in Digital, an international membership organisation that provide professional development events and mentoring for women in the industry; and Digital Talent Co., a Digital Recruitment Agency that connects Australian companies with top Digital and IT talent.

She was recently named the AIM Emerging Leader for Brisbane, nominated as a finalist in the QLD Young Achiever Award in recognition of her work in the Digital Industry, and is on 4 advisory boards including the QLD Futures Institute.
