Fiona is the creator of 120percent, a specialist Sales Training, Coaching and Consulting company working with clients throughout Australia and Pacific region.

With an extensive background in Leadership, Management, Negotiation, Sales, Marketing and Consultancy, Fiona is an expert in the field of relationship management and has developed her own specific techniques and processes that have underpinned her success. Her experiences come from both the B2C and B2B arenas in enterprise and small business. Fiona’s industry sectors range from Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure, Membership, FMCG, Grocery Wholesale and Distribution and Facilities and Destination management, to Financial and Professional Services (Insurance, Merchant Services and Mortgage Finance), Telecommunications (Retail) and IT Services, Property Development, Corporate Travel, Conference and Event Management, Transport, Team Building, Web Development and Production Services.

 

Fiona works with clients to formulate market focused customer acquisition and retention strategies and trains and coaches teams to implement necessary adjustments and best practice methodologies as a framework for more focused business disciplines and outcomes. A skilled negotiator and facilitator, Fiona immerses herself in the business and partners with clients for the long term to actualise potential. Her experience in large global hotel companies as well as a 4-person marketing consultancy round out her approach, ensuring that she understands the unique pressures and priorities of each sector, segment and entity.
