Dawn Piebenga made a decision to downsize and focus on quality rather than quantity following the birth of her first child in 2008.Working two and a half days per week provided Dawn with the push she needed to focus her attention towards working on the business as opposed to in it. This focus has seen the business develop and grow, expanding into markets that have been much more rewarding not just for herself but also for her team.<strong>About Injury Management and Rehabilitation</strong>IMR was launched by Dawn in 1994 – with little more than a post office box, a computer and a mobile phone from a sunroom in her rental property.Throughout the mid 2000's, IMR was one of the fastest-growing rehabilitation providers in NSW. Their focus is on facilitating the recovery of each individual to their fullest potential.
