David Parncutt is Communications Director at Engage Education Foundation.

The Engage Education Foundation is a not-for-profit social enterprise which aims to reduce inequality in education by providing a number of services for Year 11 – 12 students in Victoria. They offer low-cost VCE revision seminars in the July and September holidays taught by experienced VCE teachers. Additionally, they have just launched the free Engage Wiki which includes a searchable online database of notes and videos as well as free practice exams.
