About Me - My Biography

Corona is the Founder and CEO of  Energy For Life Academy where she takes busy professional women from burnout and overwhelm to energetic joyful lives in 8 weeks or less. 

She has trained in the field of life coaching for women with a speciality in Mind Detox Therapy and the transformative power and technology of Kundalini Yoga. She is humbled, honoured, deeply passionate and dedicated to transforming women’s lives. 

Corona has been supporting and working with women close to a decade. She has coached thousands of women from all over the world from all walks of life across five continents. She specialises in showing women exactly how to reclaim their energy, innate power, and their self-worth in order to fulfil their life dreams faster than they ever thought was possible. She supports women through major change and transitions in their life (divorce/separation, health crisis, career change etc). 

Corona is the host of the Energy For Life Podcast show and her work has been featured in publications such as Cosmopolitan magazine, Nature and Health magazine here in Australia and more recently on the Insight Timer meditation app. She has also appeared on Channel Nine and Radio (PBA 95.8).

Over the last few years, Corona has worked with hundreds of women who were feeling EXHAUSTED, anxious, overwhelmed, and STUCK, not quite knowing how to break the cycle and get themselves UNSTUCK…

My Passions

Corona is passionate about personal growth and self-development and she is deeply passionate about empowering and serving women.

My Interests

Corona’s friends have become her family (as she is originally from Ireland but has now chosen to reside here in Australia) and she loves spending time with them. She also loves to meet new likeminded friends. She loves kundalini yoga, meditating, travelling, pushing herself outside her comfort zone and facing her fears, personal growth, a deep fascination with the moon, astrology, spending time in nature, swimming in the ocean, dancing (salsa), singing, cooking, trekking, walking and learning how to live a healthy and balanced life.

How I Can Help Other Members

After moving to Australia and landing the corporate banking job she had worked all her adult life to attain Corona had a sudden calling. The stress of climbing the ladder had taken its toll and she was constantly fatigued, depressed, and an anxious mess.

Corona left her job and began searching for a different way to live. And after exploring the many ways a person can transform themselves she founded The Energy For Life Academy to teach women how to reclaim their energy, innate power and self-worth.

Corona can help members with fatigue, burnout, overwhelm, self-care, stress-management, navigating huge change and transition. She will help you swap destructive poor habits for nourishing and supportive ones. She will guide you to becoming your own best-friend -)
