Business owners come to me because they’re having difficulties with cash flow, not optimising their systems and wanting to make more profit. They want to be ahead of the competition.

Technology and systems are at the heart of what I do. Having started my career more than 30 years ago as a Chartered Accountant, I have been at the forefront of technology from Lotus 123, implementing Attache and MYOB desktop software to an early adopter of Xero and cloud solutions.

My Passions

I’m passionate about technology and efficiencies of business systems and processes.  I believe that business owners need to understand their numbers and how to interpret them so that they have the ability to make informed decisions.

My Interests

I grew up in Canada and have a love of all things Canadian, from snowy winters to maple syrup and the beautiful landscapes of mountains, prairies and coast.

I spend my spare time doing cross-stitch kits and love to bake cakes and desserts – oh and eat them too….

Why I Became a HerBusiness Member

I became a HerBusiness Member to improve my knowledge on other facets of business that I don’t have the training and skills in.  As an entrepreneur, it is vital to keep up to date with the latest technology and gain a solid understanding of sales and marketing in addition to other facets of business such as HR and legal matters.

I became a blogger for HerBusiness as I love to help others and share my knowledge.  In doing so I want to improve members’ understanding of their business numbers and provide information that helps in some way.  Together we are stronger than when we stand alone.
