Amy has over 25 years of experience across small business, not-for-profit and corporate foundation sectors as a senior manager, founder and CEO in Australia and North America.

She is currently Scholarship Program Director at Westpac Scholars Trust, which she joined five years ago during the setup of the Trust, a $100m gift from Westpac which now supports 100 Westpac Scholars a year, forever, across five scholarship programs.

Amy has overall responsibility for the Future Leaders Scholarship and Research Fellowship programs, which award over $3m annually.

From 2009 to 2015, Amy was the inaugural CEO of Australian Scholarships Foundation (ASF), an organisation dedicated to strengthening the not-for-profit sector by providing education opportunities.

Prior to this, Amy took her own company, a pet products company, from concept to commercial success over 12 years.

After growing the business to 2000 distribution outlets throughout Australia, NZ and Asia and online sales to 80 countries worldwide she sold in 2007.
