My Connection Statement
I help hands on business owners to grow their business by harnessing the power of their people through my specialised HR solutions.
My Expertise
Helping business owners, leaders and managers to unleash the power of their people to help them create the business success that they desire. I collaborate with businesses on all aspects of their human resources from helping them attract, find and hire the right people for the right roles at the right time, through to stellar retention strategies, training and development, performance management, succession planning and exit strategies.
My Passions
I am most passionate about partnering with businesses on all areas of their human resources and recruitment to help them achieve efficiency and success.
My Interests
Outside of my business I am passionate about raising great humans (that would be my 2 children and my 2 step children).
I also decided that at 40 taking up half marathon trail running was a good plan (questionable I think!) so that helps clear the cobwebs in my head and gives me a non business related challenge to focus on.
